Now in our 10th year, each bimonthly issue of FIDO Friendly includes hotel and destination reviews along with health and wellness topics, dog training advice and the latest fashion trends. Our pack of experts scours the latest in Fido trends, topics, places to explore and health issues canine guardians can’t ignore.
Susan Sims (Publisher), Nicholas Sveslosky (Editor in Chief), and Carol Bryant (Social Media Director and Writer/Blogger) are available for interviews on any dog-related travel topics as well as dog training advice, trends, dog news, and health/wellness/fashion issues for Fido.

ABOUT SUSAN SIMS, PUBLISHER, FIDO FRIENDLY MAGAZINE: Publisher and co-founder Susan Sims travels extensively with her husband and rescue dog Junior in order to sniff out hotels for purpose of review. For the past ten years, Sims prides herself in locating properties that not only allow dogs, but roll out the red carpet for our furry best friends by providing pet amenities and when possible, in-room dining for Fido. Recently Sims founded the annual month long pet adoption event: Get Your Licks on Route 66. Along with North Shore Animal League America, the world’s largest no-kill animal shelter, the Get Your Licks on Route 66 pet adoption tour starts this year in Chicago on September 10th and with a 40-foot climate controlled bus, the tour will stop at local animal shelters and take pets to high-visible venues for adoption. Sims can also be heard on her radio program and podcasts on Animal Radio and Pet Life Radio.
ABOUT NICHOLAS SVESLOSKY, EDITOR IN CHIEF, FIDO FRIENDLY MAGAZINE: Editor and co-founder Nicholas Sveslosky along with his steady travel partner, black Lab Tasha, prides himself in seeking Fido-friendly destinations where adventure is part of the package. He feels inspired to help people learn about different destinations where they can travel with their dogs and lives the great life in Washington state by kayaking and hiking with his faithful companion.
