ANNOUNCE TOURING LINEUP
New York, NY: Times of Grace are excited to announce that they have solidified the touring lineup for their forthcoming debut tour this February. The core of the band is Jesse Leach on vocals and Adam Dutkiewicz on guitars/vocals, and they will be supported by guitarist Joel Stroetzel, bassist Daniel Struble and drummer Dan Gluszak.
Stroetzel is a familiar name to Times of Grace fans, as he is also guitarist for Killswitch Engage, alongside Adam D., and is an original member who played with Leach while he was singing in KsE. Stroetzel’s involvement in Times of Grace was a happy accident, as he assisted his former and current bandmates when they recorded acoustic performances for iTunes and SiriusXM’s Liquid Metal late last year. Times of Grace were on the hunt for a live guitarist and Stroetzel just clicked, so he decided to once again pitch in for his friends and act as their touring guitarist. Struble is the former singer of Five Pointe O, a long ago labelmate of KsE, while Gluszak is the former drummer of Envy on the Coast.
“I am honored to work with such quality people and solid musicians and I can already see the synergy developing and it is very exciting. I truly feel blessed,” Leach said about the touring lineup.
Times of Grace will embark on their first tour on February 1st in Baltimore and wrap on February 27th in Boston. The band’s tour itinerary is as follows.

Below is a sampling of what the press is saying about Times of Grace’s universally praised The Hymn of a Broken Man, which came out last Tuesday.
“Emotionally raw vocals, melodic guitar solos, thundering drums and everything else you’d expect from these guys…so purist it’s almost retro.” –Alternative Press
“The Hymn of a Broken Man could very well be a touchstone for metal’s evolution. From the pointed explorations of darkness to the incendiary metallic incisions, The Hymn of a Broken Man has all the trappings of a classic metal album…Times of Grace are the future. Let the new age begin.” –ARTISTdirect.com (5 out of 5 stars)
“An album that combines raging Killswitch-style metalcore with more melody and atmospheric moments.” –Guitar World
“It is unequivocally one of the finest records you’ll hear this year….a truly stunning achievement.” –Outburn (10 out of 10 rating)
“It’s a heavy and eclectic record that augments Dutkiewicz’s signature metalcore with atmospheric hard rock and moody pop.” –Revolver

Belle Brigade Announce Spring Tour Dates
Posted by: | CommentsThe Belle Brigade Announce Spring Tour Dates
Supporting Grace Potter and the Nocturnals
and G. Love and Special Sauce
Los Angeles-Based Sibling Duo Are Touring in Support of Their Upcoming Self-Titled Debut Album, Due April 19th on Reprise Records
“Losers” Will Be Available From All Digital Retailers Beginning February 1st
BURBANK, CA–(Marketwire – January 31, 2011) – Fresh off their well-attended month-long residency at Club Spaceland in Silverlake, Los Angeles band The Belle Brigade, fronted by siblings Barbara and Ethan Gruska, will hit the road for a series of spring U.S. tour dates in support of their upcoming self-titled debut album, which will be released by Reprise Records on April 19th, 2011. The band’s single “Losers” will be available from all digital retailers beginning February 1st.
The duo, backed by their talented band (bassist Keith Karmen, keyboardist Aaron Arntz, electric guitarist Harlan Silverman, and drummer Mike Green), will open four shows for Grace Potter and the Nocturnals in February and March, followed by a series of dates opening for G. Love and Special Sauce in April. Please see below for all confirmed dates. The band will also perform at this year’s SXSW Festival in Austin, TX, March 16th through the 19th.
Inspired by Barbara and Ethan’s love for Fleetwood Mac, Simon & Garfunkel, The Beatles, and Stevie Wonder, The Belle Brigade’s debut album is chock-full of artfully arranged, freewheeling songs brimming with breezy, California melodies and bracing pop harmonies, fueled by the driving rhythms Barbara plays on drums. A longtime fixture on the Los Angeles music scene, Barbara is a sought-after live drummer who toured with Inara George and Jenny Lewis, among others, before she picked up a guitar and formed the band with her singer-songwriter younger brother Ethan two years ago. Raised in a musical family (their father is songwriter/composer Jay Gruska and their maternal grandfather is renowned film composer John Williams), Barbara and Ethan have a strong familial chemistry, which, along with their obvious songwriting gifts, has resulted in one of the most thrilling debut albums of the year.
The Belle Brigade have recently attracted notable critical praise for their live shows, as well as the first two songs released off the album, “Sweet Louise,” (available here: http://sweetlouise.thebellebrigade.com/), which was a Top Tune on KCRW’s website on January 24th, and “Losers,” which is available as a 7″ vinyl single here: http://www.becausesoundmatters.com/product/losers-7-vinyl. They were also featured as one of the Los Angeles Times‘ “Faces to Watch” picks for 2011. Times critic Ann Powers raved: “The Belle Brigade, Barbara Gruska’s band with kid brother Ethan, shows off her big memorable voice and considerable charisma within songs that gleam with hooks and pour over with earnest emotion. … Its misfits anthem ‘Losers’ could be a Top 10 hit.”

Biffy Clyro Nominated for Brits and NME Awards
After Ten Years, Scottish Trio Are an Overnight Sensation
Storming Stateside February 10th With Headlining Tour, Second Tour With Cage The Elephant to Follow This Spring
“Serious Contenders for the Title of Greatest Band in Britain” – NME
BURBANK, CA–(Marketwire – February 1, 2011) – Breakthrough band Biffy Clyro has been nominated for three UK music awards. The Scottish trio was nominated for the Brit Award for Best British Group, alongside The xx, Gorillaz, Mumford & Sons and Take That. Biffy also received nods from the Shockwave NME Awards for Best Live Band and Best British Group, alongside Muse, Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian and Foals.
These nominations add to Biffy’s already lengthy list of accolades. Their fifth studio release, the Garth Richardson-produced Only Revolutions, has spawned three Top Ten singles in the UK and is well on its way to being certified double-platinum there. Only Revolutions was nominated for the coveted 2010 Mercury Prize and their single ”Captain” won Best Video at both the Kerrang! and NME Awards in 2010.
Only Revolutions has also received substantial critical acclaim in the UK. The Sunday Times, Kerrang and Q each gave it four stars, Esquire labeled it “a blistering triumph” and the NME declared that the release “springs the band instantly level with the greatest rock acts in the world.”
Vocalist/guitarist Simon Neil, bassist James Johnston and drummer Ben Johnston formed Biffy Clyro in 1995 and quickly began honing their unique sound, a mind-boggling mix of off-kilter tempos, itchy, unpredictable guitars, soulful choruses and feral screams. Relentless touring built a dedicated army of followers and turned Biffy Clyro into one of the most celebrated live bands in the UK — they’ve shared the stage with Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Rolling Stones, The Who and Linkin Park, filled Wembley Arena on a recent headlining run and became the first band ever to play in the Houses of Parliament.
On February 10th Biffy Clyro will be arriving in America for a headlining tour. The month-long string of dates kicks off in Washington, DC and brings them to New York’s Gramercy Theater February 12th and Los Angeles’ Troubadour March 1st. AOL praised its “irresistible hooks” Seventeen called it “ground-breaking…infectious” and USA Today recently selected The Ready Set for their coveted “On the Verge” series. MTV has also been an early supporter of The Ready Set. Witzigreuter spent the summer on the MTV VMA tour with Never Shout Never, performed live on the finale of the TJ competition and was selected for MTV’s coveted “PUSH” & “POSTED” artist programs. DEFTONES ANNOUNCE SPRING TOUR
Posted by: | CommentsDEFTONES ANNOUNCE SPRING TOUR
This spring, DEFTONES will embark on their first official headlining tour since the release of their sixth studio album, DIAMOND EYES, last May. The tour will begin on April 14th in Seattle, WA, and will finish up on June 13th in San Francisco, CA. Confirmed dates are listed below. The Dillinger Escape Plan will support on all dates.
The tour follows on the heels of a very successful 2010, which included numerous highlights: October’s BLACKDIAMONDSKYE trek, in which the band shared the stage with Alice In Chains and Mastodon; incendiary headline shows and festival appearances across Europe, the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand on Big Day Out; and cinematically striking video clips for “Rocket Skates,” “Diamond Eyes,” “Sextape,” and “You’ve Seen the Butcher” that visually complement each song. DIAMOND EYES graced several critics/readers “Best Of”/”Top 10 of 2010” lists including MySpace, AOL Noisecreep, Alternative Press, MOG, and Drowned In Sound, among others. DIAMOND EYES was also named iTunes’ “Rock Album of the Year,” as well as KERRANG!’s 2010 Album of the Year. It’s no surprise the critics continue to pay their respects:
“Hard rock thrives on conflict and chaos, and no band has found more beauty and soaring aggression within those ingredients than Deftones.” — Los Angeles Times
“’Diamond Eyes’ is its own maniacal animal…this is the loudest, most metallic Deftones release to date.” — AOL/Noisecreep
“The Deftones are pioneers for their slant on heavy-meets-euphoric-meets-slow-meets-beautiful, and they’ve been successful in the ability to surprise. Diamond Eyes doesn’t disappoint when it comes to strong, powerful and unexpected material.” — Filter
“They drive melodies into their songs with stunning efficiency…hooks that don’t shake easily. And Chino Moreno still manages to remain one of the most original and compelling vocalists of the last couple decades.” — Decibel

ERIC BENÉT TO RELEASE NEW ALBUM, ENTITLED ‘LOST IN TIME’

‘LOST IN TIME’ ON REPRISE RECORDS IN NOVEMBER
GRAMMY-NOMINATED R&B STAR KICKS OFF
NATIONWIDE TOUR WITH FANTASIA STARTING NOVEMBER 4th
Burbank, CA – R&B soul singer, songwriter, and producer Eric Benét will release his fifth studio album, Lost in Time, on Reprise Records this November. Featuring duets with Faith Evans, Chrisette Michele, Ledisi, and the O’Jays’ Eddie Levert, Lost In Time is at once a sumptuous homage to and an expansion of the sweet soul of the 1970’s.
“People just need to have some feel good R&B in their lives,” says the three-time Grammy Award nominee. “I want people to remember what music can feel like, and that desire took me all the way back to that time. My development as an artist is a direct result of being immersed in that era.”
To keep his connection to the music that shaped him, Benét returned to his hometown of Milwaukee, WI and recorded with local musicians, including the Milwaukee Symphony’s string section. “When it comes to something that resonates in your soul, you have to have something constructed with live musicians,” Benét says.
The emotion runs deep on the lush first single “Sometimes I Cry,” which is currently No. 5 on the Urban AC Chart. The song was written and produced by Benét and long-time creative partner (and cousin) George Nash Jr.
“’Sometimes I Cry’ is about how you’ve completely moved on but still there’s still some melancholy about the break-up,” Benét says. “Maybe you’re even dating somebody, but sometimes, when you’re alone, you’re sad about what could have been.”
To support Lost In Time, Benét will embark on a nationwide tour with Grammy-nominated J Records recording artist Fantasia. The five-week long run begins November 4th in Richmond, VA and runs through December 12th in Augusta, GA.
Lost in Time is the follow-up to 2008’s Love & Life, which debuted at No. 11 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart, spawned the multi-week Urban AC radio No. 1 “You’re The Only One,” and earned Benét two Grammy nominations, including one for Best R&B album.

MICHAEL BUBLÉ DEBUTS NEW VIDEO FOR CURRENT SINGLE
“HOLLYWOOD” GRAMMY AWARD WINNER
PORTRAYS CAST OF CHARACTERS
“Crazy Love Tour” US Continues Beginning November 23rd in Hershey, PA New Deluxe Version of Current CD – “Crazy Love Hollywood Edition” Out October 25th
Burbank, CA – Canadian superstar Michael Bublé’s new video “Hollywood,” released today (the single is available at all digital music retailers) is causing a huge sensation all over the internet with fans viewing Bublé having a blast portraying different characters while strolling through various movie sets on a “Hollywood” back lot. The video for the Bublé penned, “Hollywood” was directed by award winning Rich Lee (Eminem’s “Not Afraid,” Fergie’s “Clumsy,” Black Eyed Peas’ “Rock That Body”).
“You can see how much fun I had playing these characters,” commented Bublé. Along with portrayals of Bieber, Dean and Eastwood as a cowboy from “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly”, Bublé is also a man from outer space in homage to the space movies from the 50’s, 60’s and ‘70’s, a young Hollywood actor scuffling with the paparazzi and a 70’s thief driving a muscle car. “This video is about celebrity culture and people’s dreams about fame… And of course a reminder that it’s important to remember what’s real and what isn’t,” commented Bublé.
The “Hollywood” video follows Bublé’s penned No. 1 single “Haven’t Met You Yet” which had an accompanying video of Bublé daydreaming in a supermarket. It was created by Bublé as a tribute to the famous scene in “Ferris Bueler’s Day Off” and was also directed by Rich Lee.”
On Monday, October 25th, “Hollywood” will be available on the deluxe “Crazy Love Hollywood Edition” which features the original “Crazy Love” album plus a second disc containing four brand new studio recordings and four live songs recorded during Michael Bublé’s sold out “Crazy Love Tour.” Fans who already own the multi-platinum “Crazy Love” CD can purchase the second disc separately entitled “Hollywood The Deluxe EP”… Both packages contain new Bublé art work.
Having just completed two sold out shows at the brand new Aviva Stadium in Dublin in front of 90,000 people, Bublé’s “Crazy Love Tour” continues through Europe and is scheduled to return to the US on November 23rd in Hershey, Pennsylvania with stops at Madison Square Garden November 28th and ending in Los Angeles with a December 13th date at the Staples Center.
