MIDWEST Country Stampede

Midwest Country Stampede is one of the hottest parties of the year with thousands of friends, national recording artists, and four wonderful days of non-stop music and entertainment fun for all ages. The festival is hosted by Affiliated Foods and usually held at the end of June with camping on site in Manhattan, Kansas. There are wonderful artists who showcase their handy-work with colorful crafts, a swinging saloon, fantastic food vendors, and action-packed performers appearing on three great stages. This year’s 2010 Event will be held on JUNE 24, 25, 26, & 27. It is the 15th ANNUAL EVENT!!!!


This year’s performers include Keith Urban and Miranda Lambert. A complete listing of the performers and the stage line-up is already available on the home website for the event. Past Country Stampede performers included such artists as: Brooks and Dunn, Big & Rich, Alan Jackson, Reba, Keith Urban, Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, ZZ Top, Martina McBride, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Rascal Flatts, Hank Williams Jr., and many more! In 2009, the event attendance broke over 160,000 people throughout the entire weekend. With the large screens available everyone felt they were up-close and personal with the performers.

M   The Country Stampede is held at the Tuttle Creek State park located approximately 5 miles north of Manhattan on US Highway 24 / Tuttle Creek Blvd. It is less than an hour away from Topeka and Salina and approximately two hours away from Wichita and Kansas City, as well as, Lincoln and Omaha, NE. Campsites are available for over 1800 with some having electrical and water hook-ups so if you are planning to camp, so this is the time to reserve your spot for four wonderful days of camping and entertainment fun. Stop by the Charity Auction Tent located by the food court & bid high!

Each year Country Stampede holds a charity auction back by the food court, which benefits regional charities. Items available include meet and greets with artists performing at the Stampede, signed merchandise, a guitar signed by all the artists that performed the previous year, and other fantastic merchandise donated by local businesses.

4 day tickets will be exchanged for wristbands that must be worn the entire weekend. Wristbands that appear to be tampered with will become invalid.
4 day car parking passes must be purchased prior to the Stampede weekend.
Country Stampede encourages everyone to have a great time and
be safe. Please choose a designated driver and drink responsibly.

Security and uniformed patrolmen are on-site to ensure safety at Country Stampede. If you experience a problem or an emergency, please contact them for assistance.
Vehicles improperly parked in the campgrounds or left overnight in the general parking areas will be towed and impounded.
All bags will be searched prior to entry of the gates. No food or beverages of any kind are permitted. Alcohol will not be brought in or taken out.
An information booth provided by the Manhattan Convention and Visitors Bureau is located on the southeast side of the festival grounds. This is a great place to meet with friends or family, inquire about lost and found items, and find out more about Manhattan.
No pets are permitted on the festival grounds. Assistance dogs only.
Video recorders are prohibited.
Checks are not accepted at the festival. An ATM is provided by Kansas State Bank on site. Don’t let the lack of cash spoil your weekend.
