Afresh: What is your name, and name your group/band/act? –  My name is Nate Stafford, and I am under the artist title “All Day Summer”

Afresh: Where are the artists from?  What is their talent in the group? –  I am from Hutchinson Kansas, I do all the music and singing, guitar, bass, drums, vocals,

Afresh: How did the band get the name? –  I came up with the name because I love summer, and in my opinion every day should be summer! lol  It also fits my                                                                                      style of music

Afresh: What instrument do you play now? (If applicable) –  Guitar, Bass, Drums, some Synth, some Ukelele

Afresh: How would you describe your music/art/entertainment for the public audience if they have never seen you before? - Upbeat Punk, with a positive,   deep, and meaningful message

Afresh: Give me some details about the group/act/art? – I have been writing music for 3 in a half years, I write music as an expression and ministry, my goal is to connect with people through music and share my story, maybe and hopefully change someones life!

Afresh: How long have you been performing live or making art? - I’m use to playing live, but I haven’t done much live shows for my music yet.

Afresh: What has been the biggest challenge for you or the group? - Remembering why I do what I do… for me, I do it all for God’s glory, and sometimes it’s tempting to do it for myself.

Afresh: You’ve heard of the term “starving artists” before, how do you cope with major obstacles? - I just hang in there, God’s got a plan for me and I’m willing to do it, no matter what it cost me… and it’s cost me a lot.

Afresh:  Do you feel the economic crunch has hurt the industry, or do you have some other promotional tips to help support your music? - I’m working out some promotional deals… kinda lol, I’m just hoping for the best right now.

Afresh: Art & Music has an impact on both young and old.  Everyone loves a celebrity, so what advice do you have for the youth of today? - The youth of today are too dramatic lol, Live a life thats meaningful, and just be your self. Don’t let the world tell you your not good enough because in God’s eyes your everything.  I am a youth of today, but I’ve been through crazy, painful, and amazing situations. And the only thing thats got me through it was the love of Jesus!

Afresh: What does your family think of your performance and do they support you? - My family supports me 100%, and they are also musically talented so it helps to have them around when I’m running by song ideas.

Afresh: What is your stance on how to get the public to support “live music” and see the shows?  Any ideas??? - I feel that people should support live music, because the most talented artists are the one’s who put on a good show, without lip synching lol

Afresh: Thinking back, did your family carry on the same musical/artistic interests? - Yes, they had done many shows and tours with their own group before and after I was born.

Afresh: Do you have your own favorite type of music and is it any different from what you play now? - I listen to everything, but its all different than what I write.

Afresh: Do you have other interests or talents you would like to share with us? - I am actively involved in my church youth group, but other than that music is my #1 interest.

Afresh: What has been your strong influence to continue performing? - The calling to do it, I had prayed for a path to be led out for me, and it’s only been getting easier for me since then.

Afresh: Does anyone in particular influence your artistic/musical talent? - Jesus Christ, he is my everything.  And the love that I’m waiting to find.

Afresh: Who does most of the song writing/art/literature? - I do (Nate Stafford)

Afresh: If you had to change one thing about your music/group what do you feel would be the best change to benefit the group overall and why? - I don’t really feel like I need to change anything about my music… yet lol

Afresh: Have you ever had any strange or stalker type fans that you are aware of? - Not that I know of lol

Afresh: While getting ready to perform have you ever been interrupted by fans who snuck in to the dressing room/rehearsal? - Nope, thank God lol

Afresh: Tell us about your most embarrassing moment if you care to share it with us? - One time I swallowed a fly at an outdoor show that I played at a park lol needless to say the vocals were far from great at that moment lol

Afresh: What has been the worst nightmare for the group?  How did you get through it all? - My biggest fear is losing the reason I write music, but praying about it really helps the situation.

Afresh: What are your up-to-date performance plans?  New releases?  Tours? News? - I’m working on some shows coming up for some parties, I have possibility to be promoted by JDX music promotions, and I’m sending in my music to INO records and hoping for the best.

Afresh: If you could perform with anyone in the world, either dead or alive who would it be? Why? (Name up to three) - Paramore – because I’ve been a big fan of theirs for awhile, plus I’ve got a HUGE crush on Haley Williams lol

Hawk Nelson – because they are like my favorite band, and they have a good message

Owl City – because I love his creativity in music, and I think we would get along lol

Afresh: What is the furthest show from your home that you have done? - I did a show about 500 miles away from my home in Arkansas

Afresh: Do you currently have an agent, endorsement, record label, sponsor, etc.? – none yet, but currently have some offers, but I’m open to anything

Afresh: Is this your first interview or do you have some other articles/stories about you posted somewhere for public viewing? - I have done interviews in local newspapers and stuff, but nothing really big lol
